Guarantee/Return
Policy We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are less than pleased with your order
we will gladly refund for the full price of the merchandise less a 10% restocking fee. If it can be shown that
Heritage Rose grossly misrepresented the character and quality of the item thereore, for custom gowns, it is imparritive that
we receive accurate current measurements of the wearer.
Returns or Exchanges will be excepted within ten (10) days of shipment and must be pre-approved by
phone or email. Customer will be charged shipping on all exchanges.
Every Heritage Rose garment has our exclusive quality assurance tage sewn into the garments, hem and under arms.
Once the paper tags have been removed or soiled, the garment is no longer returnable or refundable. To ensure the highest
quality of all our products, all items must be returned in the condition they were sent, signs of wear, use, or smoke smell,
etc are unacceptable, and all quality assurrance tags must be in tact.
Any item that shows signs of wear will
not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Customers are
responsible for the safe return of items so we would strongly suggest they be sent with tracking and possibly insurance on
larger valued items as I can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.
Shipping cost are non refundable.
